Events and exhibitions can often be used by vendors and partners as a platform to launch new products or to promote the company and its latest messaging.
An event requires an integrated marketing campaign to inform existing and prospective customers and media. This may comprise direct / email marketing, social marketing, advertising, PR, newsletter content and collateral production, website landing pages, presentations (PowerPoint) and demo creation as well as follow up activities such as post event email and sales calls.
I also help clients to develop the event theme and messaging, manage creative agencies, stand layout, content and demos as well as the internal approval processes and all the related logistics up to, during and post the event including follow up - through to close of sale and ROI measurement.
For a client that had a much sought after product, in addition to the actual exhibition, I organised separate meeting rooms at the exhibition site for 1:1 meetings and a seminar to present latest product developments - pre-marketed to ensure a full house. I also organised an industry-renowned evening party for 100 plus guests.
I can run events and campaigns from end to end, working alongside organisations’ Marketing, Sales, Product and Management Teams. Alternatively I can provide support to a busy marketing and sales team for elements of the campaigns.
