I am Hilary Lancaster and I'm the Director of Tactics Marketing.  I specialise in technology field marketing, partner management, appointment setting and direct sales. 

I've worked for vendors and resellers and worked alongside distributors and partners to develop and deliver multi-channel, co-branded plans that nurture existing business and drive new revenue opportunities.

I have specific expertise working with North American & European tech companies who require local sales and marketing to develop UK and European markets.

In my free time I enjoy various sports including road cycling, mountain biking, hiking, skiing and swimming and I have a long-term passion for sailing and water sports.  I love a sporting challenge and am working towards getting my London Classics Medal.
